Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Remote Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. This includes performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, investigating and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all refrigeration equipment is in good working condition. You will also be required to move equipment to perform all mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per blithequark's standards

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, remaining positive and cooperative in all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
