Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, customer service, and pharmacy operations. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks related to patient information, prescriptions, and pharmacy operations
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with pharmacy operations, including compounding, dispensing, and auditing prescriptions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, prescriptions, and inventory management
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
* Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) where you will be working
* Experience performing data entry tasks related to pharmacy operations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting
* Experience with data entry software and technology
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
