The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to provide real-time insights and recommendations to business leaders
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and machine learning

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through data-driven decision making
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive)
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
