Work Overview
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
- Collaborating with our data analytics team to develop and maintain data-driven insights and recommendations
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
- Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
- Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer experience platforms
- Certification in data analysis or marketing is a plus
