Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Analyst - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be critical in helping us optimize our supply chain operations, improve forecasting, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing reporting and analytical obligations (30%): + Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. + Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

• Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):

+ Design and develop new data visualizations and reports to support business needs. + Use data analysis tools to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

• Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating attention to detail (20%):

+ Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. + Develop and maintain data quality metrics to track progress.

• Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%):

+ Develop and maintain technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. + Develop and maintain domain expertise in supply chain, marketing, and other areas.

• Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%):

+ Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. + Use data visualization tools to communicate complex insights in an easily understood way.

* Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time

Physical Requirements

* Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is regular opportunity to move about.

• Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area.

• Any unpleasant conditions would be inconsistent and not offensive.

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks

• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reviewing, and forecasting
• Previous direct experience in examining the relevant topic (e.g., Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field
