As a Picker / Packer at Walmart, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process by accurately selecting and packing merchandise for shipping to customers or Walmart stores. • Key Responsibilities :

• Order Picking :
• Use handheld devices or picking lists to locate and select merchandise from designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Navigate through aisles and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order.
• Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Product Packaging :
• Pack merchandise securely and appropriately for shipping, using packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts.
• Label packages with shipping information, barcodes, and tracking numbers.
• Ensure that packages are sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.

• Inspect merchandise for any defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing, and report any issues to supervisors.
