Position: Virtual Assistant with Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency to support operational, reporting, and team collaboration tasks. This role requires excellent communication in English, a solid grasp of mathematics, and experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Perform accurate calculations and data analysis for weekly/monthly reports
- Support administrative and operational tasks in a remote environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based teams
- Collaborate across departments with attention to detail and follow-through
- Learn new tools and processes as needed
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, logical functions, pivot tables)
- Professional-level English (written and spoken)
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Prior experience working remotely and with U.S. companies
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools
- Experience with KPI tracking, financial reporting, or e-commerce operations
