A Day in the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer concerns, issues, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Processing Payments and Applications: Taking new applications, processing payments, and updating account holder information via phone.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately documenting customer interactions, updating records, and preparing reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.
- Account Maintenance: Performing account changes, adjustments, and statement requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Explaining Terms and Conditions: Clearly explaining policies, procedures, and terms to customers, ensuring they understand their accounts and services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ Year of Consecutive Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a call center or similar environment.
- Computer System Experience: 1+ year of working with computer systems, including data entry and software applications.
- Data Entry Skills: Proficient data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information.
- Positive Demeanor and Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable attitude and strong customer service skills to handle customer interactions.
- Strong Attendance History and Reliable Transportation: A reliable and punctual attendance record, with access to reliable transportation to and from work.
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, Monday to Friday, during day shifts. Our dress code is business casual, with jeans allowed (no leggings or sweatpants).
