Now Hiring: Member Services Representative Location: Remote in Texas ️ Start Date: November 3, 2025 Training Shift: Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM PST (7 weeks) Regular Hours : 6AM–8PM PST with weekend rotation & some holidays Job Overview Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting health plan members with empathy and excellence. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the voice of care and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion
- Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving
Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Bilingual required: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese
- Health plan experience preferred
