Job Summary

As a Health Plan Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' health plans, services, and benefits
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Making outbound calls to provide sales support and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance over the phone

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' health plans, services, and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Make outbound calls to provide sales support and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance over the phone
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
