Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our National Campaigns Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional shareholder communications to public companies. You will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, providing accurate and timely information to investors. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while addressing concerns and misconceptions presented by opposing parties.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound, outbound, and email responses from investors, providing accurate and timely information on shareholder communications

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of shareholder communications, including contested proxy meetings and voting procedures
  • Effectively communicate the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while addressing concerns and misconceptions presented by opposing parties
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with investors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of shareholder communications
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in shareholder communications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6+ months of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications, contested proxy meetings, and voting procedures
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but must have a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited, but not required)
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
  • Ability to come off mute when called on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as requested
