Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat platforms. You will assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, while also resolving and addressing their concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat platforms

  • Assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Resolve and address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Offer guidance and support to clients regarding travel strategies, methods, and developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Essential Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Superb interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online tools and systems
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
