As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their travel-related queries, concerns, and issues.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key characteristics we're looking for:

  • Prior customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accept feedback well and demonstrate empathy effectively
  • Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion
  • Strong typing skills and highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications

Technical Requirements

To perform your duties as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications, at a minimum:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don't. You'll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life. With hours of operation from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days per week, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
