Key Responsibilities

• Enter data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed.
• Verify data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required.
• Work independently with attention to detail, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
• Utilize excellent comparison skills to review and key on-screen data.
• Operate in a fast-paced production environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience entering data into a computer system.
• Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Proficiency in utilizing computer programs and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software (such as IBM Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), Kofax Capture, OnBase, etc.).
