Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Recruiter to join our team in a 100% remote, full-time capacity. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting PeopleSERVE’s recruitment strategy, focusing on building a talent pool to support our clients’ hiring needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct coordinated recruitment outreach through our various job boards, utilizing messaging templates and a recruitment workflow to ensure best practices in candidate outreach.
  • Utilize our job boards and automation system, following our recruitment processes and methodology to optimize candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate daily with the team, providing real-time updates from your recruiting and outreach efforts to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment activity into our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with our quality standards.

Performance Metrics

Your performance will be managed against the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Hours spent actively sourcing top talent
  • Candidates screened and evaluated for client opportunities
  • Candidates submitted to the sales team for further consideration

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter who possesses:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a defined workflow and recruitment methodology
  • Ability to leverage technology and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to optimize our recruitment process, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and job boards

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of data-driven recruitment strategies and techniques, including analytics and reporting
