Job Summary

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates

• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment in your home to ensure optimal performance and productivity

Requirements

* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or GED
