Job Summary

As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values to our customers, and working collaboratively with our team to resolve routine problems and answer questions regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment in your home to ensure optimal performance and productivity

Requirements

* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home to work from
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
