Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Compiling, sorting, and correcting data to be entered
• Accurately and efficiently entering one shift every two minutes
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data to ensure it meets company standards
• Updating and maintaining records to reflect the most current information
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including data security, confidentiality, and operations guidelines
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions
• Running schedules QA for all entered shifts as necessary
• Working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Shift Schedule

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll work an average of 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. You'll work in 1.5-hour shifts, with no more than 3 shifts in one business day.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• The ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with coworkers
• Effective problem-solving skills
• The ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proficiency in web browser and Slack
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
• The ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations

We'll accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Healthcare or staffing industry experience
• Prior experience working remotely
• Data entry experience or related office experience

Compensation and Benefits

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll receive a competitive compensation package, including:

• A base salary of $14 per hour
