Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying data for errors, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security policies.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient data management and meeting established deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Accurately enter data into the blithequark database from various sources. + Review and verify data for errors, ensuring completeness and correctness.

  • Data Management:

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management. + Meet established deadlines and productivity targets.

  • Confidentiality and Security:

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies. + Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data.

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless data management. + Provide regular updates on data entry progress and any issues encountered.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data security and confidentiality practices, including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
