Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

What You'll Need:

* A reliable device with internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • 5+ hours of availability per week (flexible scheduling available)
