  • Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures
  • Document professional communications/interactions appropriately
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
  • Participate in quality assurance activities
  • Provide clinical guidance/support
  • Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff
  • Support interdepartmental communication and workflows

  • Each Full-Time Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package:
  • Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually
  • Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable)
  • Wide-ranging Benefits that sets industry standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of employment (additional licenses may be required)
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
  • Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
  • Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service
