Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information about our services and products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Evaluating client requests and creating referrals based on specific trip demands, ensuring realistic requirements that ensure a specialized customer foundation
  • Taking ownership of the customer relationship, proactively communicating with clients, addressing concerns, and adapting the interaction process to align with customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to instill customer confidence and build loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with product/service enhancements, unit updates, and improvements to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Utilizing technology and data to ensure efficient and timely processing of client requests
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our proprietary database
  • Providing exceptional customer service and utilizing sales procedures to maintain clients and educate them about added-value products that may benefit them

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and commit to data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in premium retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate associations
  • Fluency in a second language
  • Strong business and opportunity management skills, with the ability to stick to deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
