Job Responsibilities

  • Email & Chat Support: Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts in a timely and efficient manner, addressing customer questions and issues in a clear and concise manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the relevant ticketing system.
  • Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.
  • Communication: Share feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions with your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and solutions to supervisors and management.
  • Support Coworkers: Provide procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Client Relationships: Foster positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain departmental productivity standards while demonstrating accuracy in the applicable ticketing system.
