As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

• Provide top-notch customer service, responding to calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
• Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
• Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
• Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
• Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
• Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of telehealth or healthcare industry
