Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to policy coverage, billing, and modifications
  • Utilize your critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Open availability during hours of operation
  • Professional customer service aptitude
  • Basic conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • A strong background in insurance or a related industry
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems and tools
