Responsibilities
As a Data Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accessing fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals
- Accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios
- Following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents
- Conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed
- Meeting targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role
Desired Experience and Qualifications
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
- An Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree

Compensation and Benefits
