Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer support tickets, including reports and updates as needed
• Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Knowledge of the tanning equipment industry and its products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages
