Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers, helping them resolve issues and answering their inquiries. This is a remote position, perfect for those seeking a flexible work schedule. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with orders, returns, and account issues, and troubleshooting and resolving product and service issues.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and account issues, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and service issues, using search tools and multiple computer systems to find information
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, adhering to blithequark's customer service standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
