About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients within our 24/7/365 call center. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll handle approximately 80-100 inbound and outbound client calls daily, obtaining and documenting incidents, and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary communication links with clients, following department procedures and phone etiquette guidelines.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls, documenting incidents and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor calls, multitask, and meet skill set ratios, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
  • Respond quickly to problem/critical situations, demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and adaptability.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development to stay up-to-date with company and department changes.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to continually improve customer service operations, sharing suggestions and recommendations.
  • Fulfill standby duties as scheduled, being accessible by cell phone and available to work flexible shifts.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
  • Strong typing ability and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self-starting with organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team atmosphere.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (as this position requires travel between locations and transportation of equipment).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2 years of prior customer service call center experience.
  • Some experience with low-level troubleshooting.
  • Shift flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
