Essential Qualifications
- Consistently maintain punctuality and attendance, with reasonable accommodations as needed
- Flexible work hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Adhere to store policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security, with accommodations as necessary
- Interact with our customers by recognizing and addressing their needs through effective communication
- Prepare food and beverages adhering to standard recipes or customer preferences, including changes in temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions
- Capable of performing various tasks within the store during shifts
