Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are critical to our success. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Essential Qualifications
