Multi-platform Content Creator - Daily Knicks (New York Knicks)
Daily Knicks, FanSided’s leading New York Knicks site, is looking for a bold, funny, passionate Knicks fan to become the voice and face of our site's brand across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, podcasts, and the web. This is not just a writing gig — it’s a chance to build your personal brand as the go-to Knicks personality for a national fanbase. You’ll produce daily short-form videos, host a weekly podcast, create engaging fan-first content, and bring Daily Knicks to life across multiple FanSided-owned platforms. Requirements: What You’ll Do This is a high-volume, high-visibility content role for someone who’s ready to own a lane. As the Daily Knicks creator, you’ll: Short-Form Video
- Create 3–5 TikToks per day
- Repurpose the same content as YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
- React to Knicks news, break down trades, stitch hot takes, rant about lineups, and show real fan emotion
- Tap into trends, memes, and viral formats with a Knicks twist
Podcast Hosting
- Record and host 1 video podcast per week (30–60 minutes)
- Cover the Knicks’ weekly storylines, big games, rivalries, and fan energy
- Record emergency episodes for major breaking news
- Clip 5–10 highlights per week for use on Shorts, TikTok, and Reels
Writing & Site Support
- Publish 2 articles per week on DailyKnicks.com
- One embedding your podcast
- One news/opinion/reaction post
- Promote written content across platforms and link back to the site when relevant
Social & Audience Engagement
- Manage daily publishing on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter, and Facebook
- Engage with fans in the comments, respond to reactions, and foster a true Knicks community
Cross-collaborate with other FanSided NBA writers and creators. You’ll be creating and operating independently, but we’ll support you with editorial tools, promotion, and guidance. You’ll also be featured prominently across FanSided platforms if the content delivers. Who This Is For You might be perfect for this role if you:

- Are comfortable on camera and know how to bring energy, humor, and fan passion
- Have a creator’s mindset — fast, agile, and eager to build something big
- Can create multiple videos per day with a consistent tone and clear POV
- Are familiar with (or eager to learn) basic podcast hosting and posting
- Want to grow your following and help build a personality-led Knicks media brand
Contract Details
- This is a paid independent contractor role
- Monthly compensation will be negotiated based on experience and projected content output
- There is no minimum hour requirement — success is measured by output and audience growth
- Contractor will retain flexibility in how and when they produce content, within general cadence expectations
