Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Emergency Signals: Respond promptly and professionally to emergency signals, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.
  • Notifying/Verifying Alarm Signals: Verify alarm signals, notify clients, and dispatch proper authorities as needed.
  • Dispatching Proper Authorities: Coordinate with emergency services, such as police, fire, and medical responders, to ensure timely and effective response to alarm signals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology.
