About the role

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for our Monroeville clinic with a primary focus on geriatrics and cardiopulmonary care and a typical outpatient orthopedic mix. You’ll also help support a secondary prevention & wellness / lifestyle medicine track.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat older adults and cardiopulmonary patients; manage related orthopedic needs (gait, balance, strength, pain, post-op).
• Build individualized, evidence-based plans of care (graded exercise, endurance training, pacing/breathing strategies, manual therapy as appropriate, education).
• Contribute to prevention & wellness programming (falls risk reduction, activity coaching, HEP adherence, community resources).
• Communicate with patients/families and referring providers; document clearly and on time.
• Collaborate with other PTs and clinic staff; participate in case reviews/in-services.

Qualifications

• Required: Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility).
• Preferred: Interest/experience in geriatrics and/or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation; comfortable in an outpatient setting with an outpatient orthopedic mix.
• Strong communication, reliability, and team mindset. New grads with a geriatric/cardiopulmonary interest are welcome.

Nice to have

• Experience with balance & fall prevention, gait training, endurance programming, cardiopulmonary exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Interest in outcomes tracking and simple program/process improvements.
