Job Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. You will assist with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.

  • Provide information about blithequark's services and programs, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit from them.
  • Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of our organization's mission and values.
  • Document and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by blithequark, staying informed about new initiatives and developments.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support if necessary, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols, identifying areas for growth and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting, with a proven track record of providing excellent service and resolving complex issues.

Available Shifts and Compensation:

We have available shifts all days of the week, with a competitive hourly rate of $49.00 - $80.00 per hour. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose shifts that fit your needs and preferences, with the opportunity to work as much or as little as you like.
