As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
  • Administrative Support: Manage support tickets, create and update client service issue tickets, and assist in the preparation of all correspondence related to the client assistance process.
  • Office Management: Manage the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and consumers, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms.
  • General Office Roles: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task management.
  • Supply Management: Responsible for checking inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Work Remotely: Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to follow guidelines and establish procedures to perform critical work functions.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry, including accuracy and speed.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, including office management and supply management.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist or Certified Administrative Assistant.
