Key Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient way
  • Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Documenting customer interactions to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and share best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest customer service trends and technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with some overtime required during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and methodologies, including the ability to apply them in a live chat setting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as the Certified Service Professional (CSP) designation
  • Experience with live chat software and CRM systems, including the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively
