As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with blithequark's quality standards
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
