The Opportunity

As a live chat representative at blithequark, you will be part of a global team of customer support professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. You will work closely with our clients to respond to live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to their customers. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers as needed
  • Collaborating with our clients to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to our clients

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions

Essential Qualifications:
