The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service and operations teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Identifying and reporting any errors or discrepancies in customer data, and working with our team to resolve these issues
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate

  • Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operations support: Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Quality improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, computer science)

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of data protection policies and procedures
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
