Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and empathizing with customers to understand their concerns and needs
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians
  • Effectively communicating with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed
  • Ordering and receiving parts to ensure efficient use of company materials
  • Entering data into our company software to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions

Requirements

To be considered for the Customer Service Representative position, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Good telephone communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer and data entry skills, with the ability to navigate our company software and enter data accurately

Previous office experience is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
