Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians
- Effectively communicating with customers to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed
- Ordering and receiving parts to ensure efficient use of company materials
- Entering data into our company software to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions
