Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans to deliver strategic F&A solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Advance financial cycles, planning methodologies, systems, reports, and analyses, ensuring seamless integration with finance partners.
• Serve as the liaison between Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and application development teams to enable change and drive innovation.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects as needed, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Continuously improve existing processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate education preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and finance technology, with a strong understanding of financial statements and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, or cloud computing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in finance, accounting, or technology, such as CFA, CPA, or ITIL.
