Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative college student to join our team as a Customer Service and Social Media Creation Specialist. As a part-time remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. Our ideal candidate is a student majoring in graphic design, marketing, or a business field, but we welcome applicants from all majors who are passionate about customer service and social media creation.

Available Shifts

  • Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST
  • Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST
  • Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Social Media Creation Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and posts, to promote our brand and products
  • Utilizing 3D design tools, such as Blender, to create innovative and interactive content
  • Designing and developing social media reels, TikToks, and other multimedia content to drive engagement and conversions
  • Collaborating with our team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for social media content and customer service initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design, social media marketing, and content creation
  • Experience with 3D design tools, such as Blender
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
