Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Flight Operations team by accurately and efficiently processing data, responding to customer inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in achieving divisional objectives and contributing to the overall growth of blithequark
- Work collaboratively with a team, including Line Operations and the Central Pilot Office, to complete group tasks and projects
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various offices, including Flight Safety, Flight Operations, Specialized Operations, In-Flight Services, and Airport Customer Support
- Participate in a group project presented to Flight Operations Initiative at the end of the semester
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process data accurately and efficiently, using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of new regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a college degree program with a focus on aviation management or a related field
- Strong academic record, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrated interest in working in the field of Flight Operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to issue solutions quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and maintain confidentiality
- Strong understanding of data security and confidentiality
- Strong commitment to safety and security, both personally and professionally
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Rising juniors and seniors preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to perform multiple tasks and think creatively
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and its various components
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
