Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Luxury Travel. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in luxury travel or hospitality, who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, excels at building and nurturing high-impact partnerships across internal teams and external collaborators, and brings strong project management skills to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution. Essential Functions

  • Design and implement initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and elevate the brand’s premium travel offerings.
  • Create and refine exclusive benefits, amenities and experiences in close collaboration with internal and external partners. Provide strategic input to ensure all offerings align with the brand’s premium positioning, contributing to thoughtful branding and communication strategies.
  • Build and sustain high-value relationships with luxury hospitality and travel partners, serving as a key point of contact to ensure program excellence, alignment with brand standards, and mutual business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Call Center (CEC), Sales, Rev Mgmt to ensure seamless integration and execution of premium travel offerings.
  • Evaluate program performance, collect feedback, and refine offerings to meet the evolving needs of our premium customer base.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging opportunities within the luxury travel sector to ensure offerings remain competitive, distinctive and aligned with the evolving expectations of premium travels.

SALARY $53,000 – $90,000 annually WORK ENVIRONMENT Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL Domestic and international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality partnerships, or loyalty program management
  • Proven track record of building or managing high-end hotel or travel programs
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills
  • Strong network within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Deep understanding of the luxury traveler buying behaviors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for luxury travel and delivering premium guest experiences
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
