Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a positive and seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-contact resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
