- Marketing Strategy Development
- Create and execute digital marketing plans aligned with the client’s business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activity.
- Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
- Engage with online audiences to grow followers and boost brand visibility.
- Content Creation & Brand Messaging
- Design or coordinate creation of social media graphics, short-form videos, and marketing copy.
- Draft and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional posts.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all virtual channels.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the client and their team through virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, email).
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and online communities to increase engagement and build relationships.
- Budget Tracking
- Assist with tracking marketing spend and reporting on budget performance.
- Brand Management
- Monitor brand reputation online and recommend strategies to maintain a strong, positive presence.
- Stay current with digital marketing and social media trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required for experienced VAs).
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing and social media management.
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns remotely and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative skills and ability to produce engaging content.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting progress virtually.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
