We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of internal tools and systems that streamline account management and operational processes. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platforms that serve both employees and customers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. This position requires a balance of technical understanding, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership skills. The role will directly influence operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the scalability of internal systems, while contributing to the broader product and business strategy. Accountabilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of internal tooling and platform solutions, ensuring secure and scalable account management.
  • Drive initiatives across the full product lifecycle, from research and requirements gathering to development, go-to-market, adoption, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, customers, and post-sales teams to identify pain points and prioritize solutions.
  • Use analytics and user data to uncover opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of your initiatives.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new investment areas to guide prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and escalations impacting product delivery.
  • Act as a product expert, representing internal tooling to various audiences, including stakeholders and user communities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of system design, extensibility, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Proven ability to define functional standards, roadmap, and product vision across complex internal systems.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and go-to-market.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to make informed decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure success.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at different stages concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Strong leadership qualities including professionalism, proactivity, critical thinking, and strategic influence.
  • Competitive salary range: $136,600 – $182,600 USD, plus annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
