They play an integral role in leading Receiving Associates by becoming an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. Our Retail Stocking Team Leads work behind the scenes to support our team members and help bring our merchandise displays to life. - Drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
