Do you love coffee and connecting with people? Motor Werks in Barrington, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our in-house café. This is not your typical coffee shop role—you’ll be serving guests in a vibrant luxury dealership setting, helping create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and iced beverages
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Support the overall dealership team with a positive attitude
- Select Saturdays 7:30 am–4:30 pm
- Select weekday shifts (same hours)
- Previous barista or food service experience a plus
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for coffee
