Job Description:

Work Synopsis:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Fedex, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide assortment of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, and investigation to empower informed business choices. You will gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying measurable investigation procedures to inspect organized and unstructured information from numerous dissimilar sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, quantitative business critical thinking, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications, such as Microsoft Azure, Alteryx, Python, or R
